Combines the foundational and alignment principles of Hatha Yoga with the fluid sequencing of Vinyasa Flow. All levels welcome. Pranayama (breath work) is emphasized to help reduce physical tension, cultivate mindfulness and balance the nervous system. Classes are tailored to participants requests and modifications are offered for people with injuries or physical limitations.
